A high performance LFP battery pack
Limatech has developed an innovative BMS (Battery Management System) which ensures the protection of the battery (co-patented with the CEA). Coupled with Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LFP) accumulators, themselves very efficient and risk-free, it guarantees the completion of operations in maximum safety.

Thanks to our laboratory, we can carry out thermal, electrical and mechanical strength qualifications.

Limatech has acquired the skills and developed the know-how needed to design its battery packs. This expertise allows us to offer the most innovative and robust technical specifications on the market.
We design our products in compliance with the demanding standards of operation, environmental resistance, safety and performance of battery packs (ARP4754A, ARP4761, D0254, D0160G, D0311A, ApDOA).
Production of battery packs
We have seamlessly incorporated the welding specifications for the accumulator, streamlined the assembly and control processes for the battery packs, and implemented rigorous intermediate inspections during operations.
To ensure full compliance, we have implemented EN9100 and PARTG21 certification requirements.

Aeronautical certification is an essential pillar of our activity. Thanks to our agile organizational structure and the extensive expertise of our most seasoned members, we have successfully assimilated the necessary knowledge and skills for the certification of our products and their production.
We are in the process of obtaining all the EASA Part21 approvals (ApDOA & DOA) necessary for the introduction of standardized ETSO C179b batteries to the market.
To uphold our industrial excellence and secure our position as an aeronautical supplier, we have achieved the EN9100 certification in 2017. This certification further demonstrates our commitment to meeting the highest industry standards.
